The implementation of an automatic strapping equipment allows you to increase the efficiency of your packaging processes. One of its main characteristics is its speed, its speed is 37 strapping per minute. Automatic strap feed, automatic motor shutdown for energy savings and wear reduction.

Speed
At a speed of 37 straps/minute, the JK5000 is 32% compared to other similar equipment.

Automatic feedback
If a feed error occurs, the strap feedback function automatically performs and starts another cycle to automatically complete strapping.

Energy saving
To conserve energy and reduce wear, the JK-5000 automatically shuts off the motor while maintaining proper heating element temperature when it has not been in use for 30 seconds. Pressing the Start button restarts the motor and applies the strap.

Integrity of the weld joint
The resistance temperature and welding pressure time are adjustable to help ensure proper welding on the application and thickness of the strap. The arch band path design and strap alignment device provide a proper and strong weld, even with narrow 1/4″ or 5mm strap.

Clogging resistant
If the machine accidentally starts cycling without a package in place, the strapping loop that forms around the weld point is automatically ejected, eliminating a potential jam. Should any other type of jam occur, easy access to the strap path and other machine features allow most jams to be cleared without the need for tools.

Easy maintenance
The programmable self-diagnostic microprocessor continuously monitors electrical functions, and if a problem should arise, it immediately displays the affected function to restore the machine to proper operation.

Simple rule width conversion
The JK-5000 can be configured to work with 5mm (1/4”) up to 1⁄2” (12MM) polypropylene strapping without the need for additional parts.
